• If you book through this secure, official website, we guarantee the best price.
• The lodging tax, imposed by the City of Rotterdam, is not included in the room rate. It amounts to 6.5% of the basic room rate.
• If you pay directly online with a credit card and cancel the room later within the cancellation terms, we will deduct the actual costs charged to us by the credit card company from the amount refunded to you. If you pay with iDeal, these costs are a maximum of 1 euro.
• Non-refundable bookings are discounted bookings. These rooms and bookings can never be cancelled free of charge. We cannot make any exceptions to this.
• We maintain a strict no-smoking policy in our hotel. The fine for smoking in the room or suite is 250 euros, or the cost of an overnight stay if the room rate exceeds 250 euros.
