With no less than 18 courses with purely Dutch ingredients, Tres offers you a very special culinary experience for foodlovers.
Michael van der Kroft and Emy Koster came up with the exclusive dinner concept after years of traveling and working at a high level. They selected the raw old jazz cellar of the Entrepot building to realize their dream.
They opted for a minimalist design, a serene place where all their ideas and experiences merge. Nothing should distract from the culinary spectacle. For this duo 1 plus 1 = Tres.

Only 16 place settings per evening
Only 16 place settings are available per evening. You are not in a fixed place, but gradually move from one ambiance to another. During the evening-filling program, the new, modern Dutch kitchen will be presented to you. Richly illustrated by stories of small-scale farmers, fishermen and craftsmen with whom there is close collaboration. Van der Korft and Koster previously worked in Rotterdam, Copenhagen, Melbourne and Zeeland.
"We work purely and exclusively with Dutch products, but we also use techniques from all over the world," says chef Van der Kroft. "In this way we can create international flavors." Tres' open kitchen works with preserves, garums, miso, koji and fermentation.

Package for 2 people costs 690 euros, including multi-course dinner, accompanying wines, water, digestif, accommodation and breakfast.
